Emergency Meeting June 25, 2007

CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Craig Smith at 3809 Legoe Bay Road, Lummi Island, WA. 98262 called the Emergency Meeting for June 25, 2007 to order, at 7:00 p.m.

PRESENT: In attendance were Commissioner Craig Smith, Commissioner Robert Busch, Commissioner Pete Cameron, and Fire Chief Duncan McLane.

NEW BUSINESS:

This Emergency meeting has been called due to the problems that we are having with the septic system, and that we have no restroom facilities at the Fire Station. We have had Budget Septic bring in a portable toilet.

Commissioner Busch made motion, “To have the west property line located.” Motion seconded by Commissioner Cameron, AND PASSED 3-0.

Commissioner Smith made motion, “To have a septic system designed and County Approved at 3809 Legoe Bay Road Fire Station. Seconded by Commissioner Busch, AND PASSED 3-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
