CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Robert Busch at 3809 Legoe Bay Road, Lummi Island, WA. 98262 called the Public Hearing Meeting for December 18, 2007 to order, at 6:35 p.m.

PRESENT: In attendance were Commissioner Robert Busch, Commissioner Pete Cameron, Commissioner Wendell Terry, Fire Chief Duncan McLane, Board Secretary Barbara Heston, Tammi Lynch.

GUEST: None

PUBLIC COMMENT: None.

Motion: There being no other business to come before the Board of Commissioners, Commissioner Cameron moved and Commissioner Busch seconded, to adjourn the Public Hearing, AND PASSED 3-0.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:57 p.m.
