CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Robert Busch at 3809 Legoe Bay Road, Lummi Island, WA. 98262 called the Public Hearing Meeting for December 8, 2009 to order, at 6:30 p.m.

 

 

PRESENT:  In attendance were Commissioner Robert Busch, Commissioner Wendell Terry, Commissioner Pete Cameron, Fire Chief Duncan McLane, and Board Secretary Tammi Lynch. 

 

GUEST:  Ed Scott

 

PUBLIC COMMENT:  None.

 

 

Motion:There being no other business to come before the Board of Commissioners, Commissioner Cameron moved and Commissioner Terry seconded, to adjourn the Public Hearing, AND PASSED 3-0.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
